The Bamboos Announce UK/European Tour

20/04/2010

Great news folks! The Bamboos are heading to the UK/Europe this June to tour in support of their latest album 4 (out now on Tru Thoughts). The album is definately their strongest yet and is jam-packed full of storming soul and funk numbers!

You can check out my review of the album here.

I’m yet to see The Bamboos live, however I did see Lance Ferguson and Kylie Auldist when they came to the UK last year as part of Cookin’ On 3 Burners. I was absoloutely blown away, both by the musicianship of the band, and Kylie’s powerhouse vocals.

… the Birmingham date is already in my diary!
